Instructions for Submitting Presentation Slides Ahead of the Conference
We kindly request all oral presenters (Invited Speakers, Free Paper Presenters, Young Investigator Awardees) to submit their presentation slides in advance to the Organizing Committee. This helps us ensure a seamless experience for attendees and allows us to address any technical issues before the event.
Please submit your presentation files by 9 December 2024.
For those presenting in the morning of 11 December 2024, we strongly encourage you to submit your presentation slides by this deadline.
If you've made any changes to your submitted presentation slides, please provide the latest file (via flash drive) to the AV room/Slide upload room at least 2 hours before your scheduled presentation.
Two Ways to Submit Your Presentation Slides
Option 1: Using Cloud Storage
- Upload the presentation file to your cloud storage platform (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.).
- Make the file accessible to anyone with the link.
- Copy the link and email it to Secretariat at jitmm@mahidol.ac.th.
Option 2: Using WeTransfer
- Visit wetransfer.com.
- Click Add files and select your presentation slides.
- Enter jitmm@mahidol.ac.th in the ‘Email to’ field.
- Enter your email and click Transfer.
- Check your email for a verification code, enter it on the WeTransfer site.
- Once the upload is complete, the download link will be sent to the Secretariat
Request an acknowledgement receipt from the Secretariat to ensure your files are received.
