Oral Presentation

A scientific session is 90 minutes. The presenters’ allotted time depends on the number of speakers in their session. Please refer to the suggested presentation times below.

  • 3 speakers – 22 minutes
  • 4 speakers – 17 minutes
  • 5 speakers – 12 minutes
  • 6 speakers – 10 minutes

Confirm the number of speakers in your session with your session Chairperson or the Secretariat.

Presentation slide specifications

  • Make sure your PowerPoint presentation is in a 16:9 ratio. The standard 4:3 format will work but will not fill the entire screen when in presentation mode.
  • There is no number of slides limit, but make sure you present within your allotted time. Those who were allotted 8 minutes presentation time, please limit your slides to 5 slides.
  • You must embed videos in your PowerPoint (No links to YouTube or other websites).


Poster Presentation

The poster sessions are scheduled on 2-3 December 2025 at 13.00-14.00hr on the 6th floor poster area in front of rooms A-D (see floor plan). Presenters must pin their posters on their dedicated poster boards on the first day before noon. Please refer to the poster board list that will be sent by the Secretariat ahead of the conference. Presenters must dismantle their posters before the Closing Ceremony on 4 December 2025.

Poster specifications

  1. Portrait orientation
  2. Print your poster in size 85 cm wide x 150 cm tall.
  3. Print your poster on a suitable material such as matte/gloss photo paper or polyester/synthetic fabric. Please do not use foam or PP boards.
