Registration Guidelines
Here are the detailed guidelines for registering for the JITMM 2025 conference.- Log in to your account
- If you have not yet created an account, create one here.
- If you already have an account but have forgotten your password, you can reset your password or contact Secretariat at jitmm@mahidol.ac.th
- After logging in, click JITMM 2025 Conference on the left-hand side of the page.

Register for the conference
- Click Register and select your appropriate category. Please do not select Chairperson or Invited speaker unless you are designated as such.
- RSVP to the Welcome Reception and continue to complete your registration. You will receive a confirmation email accordingly. At this stage, you are initially registered and may submit an abstract (if within the submission deadline).
- If you have a waiver code, click 'Enter waiver code' and type or paste your code in the field provided. Submit and continue. You will receive a confirmation email accordingly. At this point, your are officially registered and may submit an abstract (if within the submission deadline).
Payment
- To proceed with payment after registration, click Send payment. You may skip this until you are ready to pay*. Please take note of the early-bird registration rates. *Accepted Oral and Poster presenters will be given a deadline to pay their registration fee to confirm their presentation slots.
- You can also go directly to the Payment Information page to proceed with the payment.
- You may choose Wire transfer or Credit card as your payment method.
- If you pay via wire transfer, send the transfer receipt to jitmm@mahidol.ac.th to confirm your registration.
- If you use a credit card, make sure you are not using a company or corporate credit card, as it will not be accepted by the payment gateway.
You are responsible for any bank charges incurred with either payment methods. A confirmation email will be sent once you complete your registration payment.
