Abstract submission
Abstract Submission Guidelines for APRI Network Meeting 2025:
- All abstracts must be written in English and submitted through the online abstract submission form- https://forms.gle/4MAMtWD7Sy3bixpg6
- Each participant can submit one abstract only
- The abstract title must not exceed 20 words. The title should be brief, in CAPITAL LETTERS.
- The abstract body word count must not exceed 250 words.
- No pictures, tables, or graphs should be included in the abstract.
- Accepted abstracts will be included in the program only after the registration fee is paid.
The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to 31 October 2025. Accepted abstract will be presented as Poster. See the poster guidelines for more information.
IMPORTANT: Registration is required to attend and present at the APRI Network Meeting 2025.
Poster guidelines
Presenters must pin their posters on their dedicated poster boards before 8.00hr on 1 December 2025. Confirmed poster presenters will receive their poster numbers ahead of the conference. The schedule and location of poster presentations will be shared accordingly.
Poster specifications
- Portrait orientation
- Print your poster in size 85 cm wide x 150 cm tall.
- Print your poster on a suitable material such as matte/gloss photo paper or polyester/synthetic fabric. Please do not use future board.
